A wide range of software has been developed for the automated modelling and optimization of complex systems:
Dina - automatical creation of a dynamical model for mechanisms with complex constraints and multiple kinematical loops that are subject to shocks and interact with the environment
EDAOpt - experimental design, approximation and optimization
KEDRO - robust multecriterion optimization of composite material elements. Download: 1) KEDRO User Manual (1595 Kb large file KEDRO_User_Manual_Eng_V100_Edit2.pdf); 2) KEDRO Demo version (3679 Kb archived file KEDRO-Demo.rar)
LMS - the modelling of mechatronic systems
Mans - the analysis of manipulators moving along programmed paths
Imita - the analysis and optimization of mechanical oscillation systems
Prophet - the prediction of the polymer material strength changes
The software created by MMD laboratory conform to the European standards in the field of software development, the lab performs software development on commission from Latvian and foreign companies. For example, a lighting design program KoWin has been developed for the German lighting product manufacture company Kotzolt (http://www.kotzolt.de/html/service-download-frameset.html):
